PSA: Refrigerator advocates for energy conservation via a cautionary tale about leaving the refrigerator door open. The art style of the characters, the environments, and they way they move is intentionally simplified and silly, just like the premise of the film. In addition to the technical motion design skills of using Adobe After Effects and figuring out how design works in motion, this process taught me a lot about crafting elements and scenes to be the most visually efficient and the importance of visual storytelling and storytelling with a purpose.
